Deleuze equates the temporal and the real and therefore defines the virtual reality as infinite differentiality, which in principle must be predetermined, quasi in a state of latency, so that it can always be updated differently. The updates of virtual progression forms are again paradoxical, since on the one hand they are always going on, on the other hand they are always in the making.

Deleuze setzt das Zeitliche und Wirkliche gleich und bestimmt daher die virtuelle Wirklichkeit als unendliche Differenzialität, die prinzipiell vorgegeben sein muss, quasi im Latenzzustand, auf dass sie sich je anders aktualisieren kann. Die Aktualisierungen virtueller Verlaufsformen sind erneut paradox, da sie einerseits immer schon vor sich gehen, andereseit immer gerade im Entstehen sind.
