I sense (myself) in sensing something, something other than myself: a smell, a shape, the roughness or unevenness of a surface, a sound, light waves, a taste, a temperature, moisture, a touch. These things, qualities, intensities, modes and styles are all engendered in relation to what is outside of me. They constitute the relationship to the world, both the relationship of the world to me and of myself to the world.

Sie machen die Beziehung zur Welt aus, sowohl das Verhältnis der Welt zu mir und meiner selbst zur Welt.
Beziehungen zur Welt, zum Dasein oder am Leben als ganzem sind Beziehungen, in denen das Gegenüber als über das Individuum hinausgehende Totalität erfahren wird. Die Welt selbst erhält gewissermaßen eine Stimme.

Relationships to the world, to existence or to life as a whole are relationships in which the vis-à-vis is experienced as a totality that goes beyond the individual. The world itself is given a voice, so to speak.
